REVIEW OF SUSAN MAY'S CASE

EDM number 513 in 1998-99, proposed by John McDonnell on 30/03/1999.

That this House considers that there is sufficient evidence to cast doubt upon the results of the Police investigation into the murder of Hilda Marchbank in 1992 and to render unsafe the subsequent prosecution of Susan May for this crime; and calls upon the Criminal Cases Review Commission to expedite its review of this case.

This motion has been signed by a total of 19 MPs.
