Preventing Accidental Death And Injury Among Children

That this House expresses concern that while accidental deaths among children and young people have been falling, the numbers of children seriously injured and disabled in accidents has increased; welcomes the priority given to reducing accidental death and injuries among children in 'Our Healthier Nation'; congratulates Child Accident Prevention Trust on its new Safe Kids campaign to promote healthier, safer activity among chldren and young people and calls upon the Government and honourable Members to support the Safe Kids campaign.
