leave out from 'standards' to end and add 'and urges Her Majesty's Government to introduce mandatory safety standards covering lighters imported into the United Kingdom, and such standards should specify that all lighters imported into the United Kingdom should bear the name and address of the registered importer and country of origin; and presses for the earliest possible introduction of such safety standards.'.
