That this House congratulates Cants of Colchester Ltd for being awarded the title of Rose of the Year 1999 for the new rose known as Fascination; acknowledges that the rose was bred by Poulsen Roser ApS of Denmark, one of Europe's leading rose breeders, and that Cants has worked on developing the rose for several years; notes that Fascination will be featured during National Rose Week from 6th to 14 March; and wishes Cants of Colchester further success.
