That this House deplores the decision by the Football Association to permit Steventage Borough F.C. to remain in the FA Umbro Trophy competition after fielding an ineligible player in a previous round; calls on the Football Association to investigate the sendings off of two players during the drawn fourth round match at Cheltenham on Saturday 6th February; further calls on the Football Association to investigate why Stevenage Borough were unable to clear the lines of snow at half-time during the replay on 8th February, when they were losing 0-1, thus causing the match to be abandoned; and under the circumstances believes that, in the interests of sportsmanship and integrity, the tie should be awarded to Cheltenham Town F.C.
