GOVERNMENT'S ALLOCATION OF LOTTERY FUNDS

EDM number 284 in 1998-99, proposed by Nick Hawkins on 04/02/1999.

That this House welcomes the candour of the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport for his belated admission in the Fifth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation that his creation of the New Opportunities Fund was a 'raid' on National Lottery funds.

This motion has been signed by a total of 21 MPs.
