Design And Creative Britain

That this House congratulates the Design Council on its Creative Britain Campaign which has won the prestigious PR Week Campaign of the Year Award and has encouraged people both at home and overseas to understand Britain's creativity and world leading position in the exciting areas of industrial design, architecture and fashion; and notes with interest the establishment of a Parliamentary Group for Design and Innovation which will encourage honourable Members to shadow designers in constituencies across the country to learn more about the impact of design on wealth creation and quality of life.
