That this House calls upon the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to instigate a full inquiry into the circumstances of the death of Darrel Edward Roberts who was lost overboard in the Irish Sea on 10th February 1992 in suspicious circumstances while working as a senior crew member of the Anglo-Spanish trawler, the MV 'Grampian Prince' or interview any of the crew members or inquire why the 'Grampian Prince' was not properly manned with qualified crew or why the 'Grampian Prince' was allowed to carry tablets of the drug Bellergal which is not on the prescribed list of medications and which was withdrawn from the United Kingdom market in 1983 or why Darrel Edward Roberts was not put ashore in Ireland as requested by him when he first reported his illness to the skipper of the 'Grampian Prince'.
