Taxi Rank Arrangements At Paddington Station
EDM number 767 in 1997-98, proposed by Adrian Sanders on 10/02/1998.
That this House notes the frustration of taxi drivers and passengers alike at the new taxi rank arrangements at Paddington Station that have increased journey times and fares for those travelling to destinations south and west of the station, and on journeys in the opposite direction that form the majority of passenger movements; and calls upon Railtrack and Westminster City Council to find an urgent solution to the problem.
