That this House has confidence in the BBC in providing accurate news, objective analysis and fair comment; disagrees with recent criticism that it is a 'down market, dumbed-down, over-staffed, over-bureaucratic, ridiculous organisation'; and urges it to continue to resist pressure from those who otherwise cannot get their own way.
