BBC Newsnight
EDM number 741 in 1997-98, proposed by John Bercow on 04/02/1998.
That this House regrets the decision of BBC's Newsnight programme not to proceed with their planned interview with the Right honourable Member for Folkestone and Hythe on the subject of the conduct of the Foreign Secretary in relation to Anne Bullen on the grounds that no senior Government spokesman would agree to participate in this discussion; and believes that this further undermines the credibility of the Government.
This motion has been signed by a total of 12 MPs.
