That this House congratulates the Western Morning News for exposing the poaching of South West jobs by agencies from Wales, Scotland and the North; notes that in some cases this poaching is being done with Government funds, but that the previous Conservative administration failed to take effective action in response to the clear evidence presented by the Western Morning News of the abuse of Government funds in this way; and calls on the new Government to take effective action urgently to prevent job poaching from the South West and to give the region the fair deal it deserves.
