That this House congratulates Colchester Harriers Athletic Club on being judged Best Club in the UK in the first ever Volunteer Investment Programme UK Awards under the auspices of the English Sports Council in association with other home country sports councils; notes that Colchester Harriers had previously won the regional competition and a Best Club in England title; recognises that this hat-trick of wins is a tribute to the outstanding commitment by the club's volunteers; and wishes Colchester Harriers Athletic Club continued success.
