Reduced Earnings Allowance

That this House urges all those honourable Members with constituents who were receiving reduced earnings allowance until the Tory government axed the benefit in March 1996, tojoin the honourable Member for Cynon Valley, in referring their cases to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, on the grounds of maladministration.
