That this House congratulates Newham Education Authority in achieving the greatest improvement in the United Kingdom in its GCSE performance since 1994; commends the commitment and hard work of the teachers, governors, councillors and local authority officials which have achieved this improvement and other parents' support; congratulates Langdon School, St. Bonaventure's School and the Sarah Bonnell School that were listed in the league's top one hundred; and acknowledges the hard work of students and teachers in achieving this.
