Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty

That this House endorses the agreement and opening up for signature of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty; agrees that the early entry-into-force of a CTBT would be a significant step towards the complete elimination of nuclear weapons; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to lay before the House the necessary measures to ensure the swift ratification of the CTBT by the United Kingdom.
