leave out from 'House' to end and add 'regrets the passing of the Abortion Act 1967 which has resulted in the termination of the lives of nearly 5,000,000 human beings; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to increase expenditure on health, housing, education, and employment support and welfare services, particularly for single women and to reduce the pressure on those women who see in the death of their unborn child the only solution to their social and personal problems.'.
