That this House is concerned for improved wellbeing and reduced distress or disadvantage for children; recognises the critical contribution of parents to the lives and future of children; and invites the Government to consider how to promote more effective parenting and with the Office for National Statistics to publish regular information on levels and changes in measurable outcomes.
