EDM number 1755 in 1997-98, proposed by Norman Baker on 11/11/1998.

That this House believes that, in support of the thrust of the Government's White Paper on Transport, car parking charges for honourable Members and staff should be introduced throughout the Parliamentary estate, that charges paid should not be reclaimable by honourable Members, that revenue raised should be used to provide public transport passes for honourable Members and staff, and that the Government should implement these proposals without delay.

This motion has been signed by a total of 16 MPs.
