leave out from 'House' to end and add 'notes the public criticism by the Scottish Nationalists of the decision by the Liberal/Independent administration of Aberdeenshire Council to withdraw free school transport for some secondary school children; further notes the similar action by the Nationalist admininstration of Moray Council in cutting nearly a third of a million pounds from the school transport budget in the last two years; believes those living in glass houses should refrain from throwing stones; believes the Nationalists have been caught red-handed saying one thing and doing another; and calls on the Scottish National Party to refrain from criticising the policies of others when its members are implementing the same policies elsewhere.'.
