That this House is devastated by England's failure to win the World Cup; congratulates Michael Owen and Sol Campbell on their outstanding performances in the match against Argentina; notes that both are graduates of the Football Association's School of Excellence at Lilleshall and former pupils of Idsall Comprehensive School in Shifnal; and further notes that David Beckham has no known connection with the Wrekin constituency.
