Conduct Of The Honourable Member For North Antrim

EDM number 1472 in 1997-98, proposed by Nick Palmer on 29/06/1998.

That this House congratulates the leaders of the parties supporting the Good Friday agreement on their 75 per cent. share of the Assembly elections; notes that the boast by the honourable Member for North Antrim that his party would be able to wreck the Assembly has been repudiated by the electorate; and commends to him the view of many fellow clergymen that a period of silence is good for the soul.

This motion has been signed by a total of 16 MPs.
