That this House congratulates the New Homes Marketing Board on the success of the Green Leaf Award Scheme, whereby award winning house builders are commended for their efforts in ensuring that housing development has a positive impact through the use of high quality environmental design and landscaping; and particularly congratulates Morris Homes, the developer of the scheme at Whister's Village, Bolton.
