Waterless Toilets

That this House believes that measures must be taken in order to obviate the water shortage crisis; welcomes initiatives to explore alternative water-saving methods such as waterless toilets; and calls for these state-of-the-art toilets to be installed in any new cloakrooms in the Parliamentary Estate, thereby demonstrating the House's commitment to progressive, sustainable practice in the sphere of water consumption.
