That this House notes the return of the Morning Star after the editor and journalists won their dispute against the management; notes the ACAS appeal panel's conclusion that the procedure and the charges leading to the dismissal of the editor were flawed and inadequate; and invites the honourable Member for Brent East to review his support for the management.
