EDM number 1131 in 1997-98, proposed by Theresa May on 24/03/1998.

That this House deplores the way in which funding to the Access Committee for England has been cut at two and a half weeks' notice; affirms the value of the Committee's work; and urges the Government to reconsider its decision and provide interim short-term funding to the Committee to enable it to pursue alternative sources of finance.

This motion has been signed by a total of 12 MPs.
