Privatisation Of Overseas Press Service

That this House is appalled that the lame duck Conservative Government in its last few days plans to force through the privatisation of the Overseas Press Office of the Central Office of Information on 1st April 1997; and, in view of the forthcoming General Election, believes that the decision should be delayed until after the election of a new Government.
