leave out from `February' to end and add `and trusts that he will point out the failure of Labour-run Kent County Council to provide adequate resources for Deal's Library and local fire services; further notes that whilst job losses took place in Deal one of the local Kent Labour county councillors and a Labour prospective parliamentary candidate clocked up 14 junketing trips overseas in a three year period; and regrets that taxpayer-funded junketing trips abroad have a higher priority in the New Labour Party than looking after people affected by the closure of the Royal Marines School of Music in Deal.'.
