That this House congratulates the staff, pupils, parents and governors who, with the active support of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, have shown that co-operation, commitment and determination can result in a school being taken out of special measures and given a fresh start; and notes that this school can also serve as a model for schools elsewhere in the country which are experiencing problems.
