leave out from `House' to end and add `notes the success of the British fashion industry during 18 years of Conservative Government; believes that the creative skills of British designers are now recognised as being amonst the best in the world; notes that today's haute coutire collections become the basis of tomorrow's jobs in the British textile industry and British retail clothing shops; and looks forward to the day when British designers will have created their own significant well managed and well financed major fashion houses employing large numbers of British people.'.
