Mr Geoffrey George James

That this House wishes to place on record its appreciation of the service given by Mr Geoffrey George James who for a quarter of a century served in the Derbyshire Special Constabulary from which he has now retired; and believes that those who undertake such duties should be recognised for the contribution that they make to society.
