That this House notes the deterioration in the quality of answers to parliamentary questions as demonstrated in the answer given to the honourable Member for Newport West on 16th October by the honourable Member for Westminster North that information sought in a question was in the public domain, whereas following a thorough search the information was not found and in answer to a letter from the honourable Member for Newport West, the Right honourable Member for Westminster North confirmed on 22nd November that the information was not in the public domain.
