Refusal Of Nhs Trust To Admit Patients Over 75 Years Of Age

That this house demands a full statement by the Secretary of State for Health on the refusal by a London NHS trust to admit emergencies aged over 75 years referred by general practitioners; and calls for a reassurance for the aged that should they fall ill they will not be left to die because the Government continues to reward bureaucracy before patient care.
