at end add `is also concerned that single disabled people under 60 years will be forced to share accomodation in multi-occupied houses, causing further hardship for many disabled people, especially for those requiring frequent access to a bathroom and those whose mental health makes sharing with strangers frightening; notes that the Government's community care policy will be undermined by these proposals which will deny disabled people the chance of independent living, recreating the worst aspects of communal living of previous residential hospitals; and calls on the Government to reconsider the proposals.'.
