leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the recent review to improve the administration of the London Committee on Accessible Transport (LCAT) which has achieved savings for London council tax payers of ú200,000 in administrative costs without affecting the high level of the service provided to those entitled to concessionary fares; further welcomes the achievement of LCAT in guaranteeing the future of the taxicard scheme with a new contract with the taxicard operators; and deprecates the action of those who raise unnecessary fears among those entitled to concessionary fares in London.'.
