That this House congratulates Nottinghamshire Police Force, Mansfield District Council, Nottinghamshire Police Authority, North Nottinghamshire TEC, Nottinghamshire County Council, and other local authorities and law enforcement agencies around Britain for the full participation in and support of the DARE programme, a scheme focusing on drugs education and prevention, targeted at children in schools before they reach an age at which they are most likely to become involved in drug use; views as important DARE's objective of developing positive attitudes amongst young children about the benefits of not using drugs; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to encourage all education authorities and police forces in the United Kingdom to introduce the DARE scheme into their areas at the earliest opportunity.
