That this House congratulates the players and management of Oban Camanachd on winning the prestigious 1996 Glen Morangie Centennial Camanachd Cup Final at the Bught Park in Inverness on Saturday 1st June; notes that the game between Kingussie and Oban was played to the highest shinty standards, demanding commitment, skill and endurance; and commends Oban Camanachd on the honour it has brought to the town.
