Payment To Pharmacists By Government

That this House calls upon the Secretary of State for Health to cease taking unfair advantage of community pharmacists who currently wait up to 90 days for full payment for their services, to order health authorities to follow the advice of the Prime Minister to support small businesses and ensure that community pharmacists are paid not later than a month and a day following the month when the drugs were dispensed and to take action to increase the remuneration of community pharmacists to properly reward them for the service they provide to the public.
