leave out from 'House' to end and add 'congratulates the honourable Member for Langbaurgh for blocking the Second Reading of the Stalking Bill on Friday 10th May and believes that this Bill was defective and anomalous; and therefore welcomes the Government's commitment to bring forward more clearly defined proposals at the earliest opportunity to more effectively tackle the cowardly and menacing behaviour of stalkers.'.
