That this House congratulates Birmingham City Council on gaining the Fountain of the Year award for the fountain in Victoria Square, designed by Dhruva Mistry, which gives pleasure to those who work and live in the city centre, and visitors, and which is further testament to the regeneration of Birmingham's city centre.
