Corporate Crime
EDM number 747 in 1995-96, proposed by Martin Redmond on 18/04/1996.
That this House deplores the Government's pandering to its criminal supporters; calls upon it to tackle major fraudsters with the same vigour as the Home Secretary is proposing to deal with drug dealers and rapists, albeit after 15 years of inactivity; and calls for life imprisonment for those convicted of frauds exceeding ú1 million.
This motion has been signed by a total of 15 MPs.
