Regulation Of The Hairdressing Industry;amdt. Line 5:

at end add `believes that this is best done through the Hairdressing Council; and urges Her Majesty's Government to complete the implentation of the Hairdressers (Registration) Act 1964 by requiring the registration of all hairdressers in order to ensure good training, comptent performance and proper accountability as well as bringing Britain into line with European countries where the hairdressing industry is properly regulated, even if not as inspired as British industry.'.
