That this House calls on the Secretary of State for Wales to suspend the involvement of Capita Managed Services and Lusis Business Solutions in all market testing and privatisation activities under his Department's aegis, including the privatisation of the Estatecare Branch of the Welsh Health Common Services Authority in which Capita are partners in the management buyout team, and the information technology market-test in which Lusis are the partners of the in-house team, such a suspension being an inevitable consequence of the liquidation of the Midsummer Computing Exchange for debts owing to government agencies and the transfer of its major contract for the supply of museum software packages from Midsummer to Lusis and the resignation of Mr Jasper as a director of Capita Managed Services.
