United Nations Organisation Funding

That this House pays tribute to the work carried out by the United Nations Organisation in the first 50 years of its existence; notes with concern that its operations have been hampered by the failure of a number of states to make payment of their financial obligations; and calls on all member states to pay their dues to the United Nations without delay.
