That this House wecomes plans to establish the Royal Artillery Heritage Museum on the former Royal Arsenal site in Woolwich; recognises that this project is key to the redevelopment of the 76 acre derelict site; and calls on the Secretary of State for National Heritage and the National Lottery to ensure that adequate funding is provided for this project to enable the museum to open in time for, and as a key part of, the Millennium celebrations in Greenwich.
