Sovereignty Of Parliament
EDM number 453 in 1995-96, proposed by Paul Tyler on 20/02/1996.
That this House recognises that the report of the Inquiry by the Right honourable Sir Richard Scott demonstrates, exhaustively and conclusively, the true threat to the sovereignty of the British Parliament and, most obviously, to the omnipotence and omnicompetence of this House.
This motion has been signed by a total of 15 MPs.
