Mohammed Al Fayed
EDM number 442 in 1995-96, proposed by Alex Carlile on 15/02/1996.
That this House notes that no action whatsoever has been taken by the Department of Trade and Industry against Mohammed Al Fayed since the DTI Inspector's report into the takeover of the House of Fraser; is entitled to assume that such action would have been taken if there was any prima facie evidence against him; and further notes that the Conservative Party has developed an irrational and pathological hatred bordering on a vendetta against the Al Fayed brothers.
This motion has been signed by a total of 9 MPs.
