Conduct Of The Honourable Member For Luton North And Early Day Motion No. 432

That this House regrets that the honourable Member for Luton North, well known as he is for his poor quality of judgement as evidenced by his support for the former apartheid regime in South Africa and other outrageous right-wing causes, is apparently unwilling to say what he means even in an Early Day Motion, let alone without the cloak of parliamentary privilege.
