Literacy Standards

That this House urges the Secretary of State for Education and Employment to persevere with her campaign to raise literacy standards, in view of the limited adjectival flexibility displayed by certain members of the Labour Front Bench, as reported in the tabloid press of 24th January and particularly Londoner's Diary of the Evening Standard.
