Director General Of Oflot

EDM number 218 in 1995-96, proposed by Peter Kilfoyle on 18/12/1995.

That this House notes that the Director General of OFLOT has taken free aeroplane trips in the United States of America courtesy of G. Tech; further notes that he and his wife have accepted hospitality from a senior director of G. Tech; recalls that he failed to notify the National Heritage Committee of these contacts when he testified before it; is mindful of G. Tech's stakeholding in Camelot; regards the Director-General's actions as incompatible with his duties as Director-General of OFLOT; and therefore seeks his resignation as the guardian of the public interest in the National Lottery.

This motion has been signed by a total of 28 MPs.
